Beauty Insider

Sephora’s loyalty program offering customers SAVINGS, SAMPLES, and EXPERIENCES. With many offerings throughout the year, the program has a distinct identity that works within the overall Sephora branding. There are three tiers within the program; Insider, VIB and Rouge.


Branding

The graphic elements that create the foundation for the Beauty Insider branding are dots, icons and BI people. Icons provide visuals that pair with benefits of the program. BI people bring fun, approachability, and diversity and dots help brand and tie the program visuals.

Once a client signs up to the program, they have access to seasonal saving, product samples, store events and sweepstakes. They will receive a full 360 communication throughout the year through direct mail, email, display banners and paid social.
